Andrew Muth has seen how deeply his clients' lives have been affected by injuries such as amputations, burns, quadriplegia and paraplegia from car accidents or poorly maintained or designed equipment, and he gets great satisfaction from helping them get their lives back to normal.
Many of Andy's clients have submitted to treatment from a doctor only to end up in worse health due to medical malpractice. He knows it can be hard to accept that a trusted, credentialed and highly trained caregiver was negligent, and he takes pride in helping clients work through the complicated emotions involved in these cases so that they can pursue the support they need to get better.
No matter the nature of an injury, Andy's focus is on helping clients and their families get the help they need to get back to the lives they were living before their injury. In his over thirty-five years of practice, he has tried hundreds of jury trial cases and settled many more on favorable terms. As a result of his success, he is frequently asked to speak on various aspects of personal injury law to other attorneys, law students, and the public. Andy has consistently received recognition in Michigan and national publications celebrating excellence in legal practice.
Andrew Muth practiced law with distinction for over 35 years in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He remains of counsel to the firm, providing advice and assistance to Ben Muth in all aspects of the Firm.
